Ria Dariya was born in the heart of Dun Morogh, just like his friend Osric Stoneward. But unlike Osric, Ria had a taste for adventure from a young age. He was always the one getting into trouble, whether it was sneaking into the local tavern to steal a mug of ale or picking a pocket in the bustling marketplaces of Ironforge.

As Ria grew older, his skills as a thief became more refined. He was soon making a name for himself as one of the most cunning and elusive smugglers in all of Timoro Kingdom. He specialized in moving contraband goods – rare jewels, exotic spices, and even illicit magical artifacts – from one corner of the kingdom to another.

But Ria’s love for the thrill of the heist often got the better of him. He began to take risks that even he knew were too great, attempting to steal from some of the most powerful and dangerous individuals in Caer Itom. Eventually, Ria’s luck ran out, and he was caught and sentenced to a lengthy stay in the Caer Itom dungeon.

During his time in prison, Ria had plenty of time to reflect on his choices. He realized that he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life behind bars, and that he needed to find a new line of work. So when he was finally released, Ria made his way to the city of Acoroc in the Timoro Kingdom.

There, he started a new career as a gambler, using his quick wit and natural charm to win big in the city’s bustling casinos and underground gambling dens. He still had a taste for the illegal, but he knew how to toe the line just enough to avoid attracting the wrong kind of attention.

Despite his checkered past, Ria remained good friends with Osric Stoneward. The two dwarves had a mutual respect for each other’s unique talents, and they often worked together to pull off daring heists or make lucrative trades. Ria may have left his life of thievery behind, but he still had a few tricks up his sleeve – and he knew that Osric would always have his back.
